By accessing or using D3fenders services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

D3fenders provides web3 security services including but not limited to vault protection, wallet drain protection, and emergency asset migration tools. Our services are designed to help protect your digital assets on supported blockchain networks.

3. Self-Custody and User Responsibility

D3fenders is a non-custodial service. You maintain full control and ownership of your private keys and digital assets at all times. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Understanding the risks associated with blockchain technology
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Fees

D3fenders charges fees for certain services. Current pricing is $4 per vault locking event. Holders of D3fenders digital collectibles (NFTs) receive unlimited access to our services. Network gas fees are separate and paid directly to the blockchain network.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3fenders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of our services.

6. No Financial Advice

D3fenders does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our services are security tools only. You should consult appropriate professionals for any financial or legal decisions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or in violation of any laws
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Circumventing any security measures
• Interfering with the proper operation of our services

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
